Though once loved, most Chipotles have fallen off in quality. Corporate mandates tiny burritos now, half the size as before, but still $10+. Customers are viewed as the enemy. Serious problems with morale and keeping employees. Corporate customer service is handled by AI, not a real person.

COVID really accelerated their decline. Local chipotle's had lines out the door, and now they are a ghost town like Moe's. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Forget about this stupid deal. Last time they never send me the buy one entry get one entry free deal email. Some slickdealers stated that they are in the processing. I never never never do that again. I just don't want to waste my time dealing with dishonest…..

I tried to buy 1 GC and also received order confirmation, but couple minutes later, received another email for unable to complete order "We apologize, but we're unable to complete your order at this time. Of course any credit card charges that may have gone through will be refunded in full."

Last few times I ate at Chipotle, ordered barbacoa burrito bowls, and there was more fat than meat in them.
I'll give them one more chance before I never go again. I don't mind paying more, but the quality better not drop.
