Though once loved, most Chipotles have fallen off in quality. Corporate mandates tiny burritos now, half the size as before, but still $10+. Customers are viewed as the enemy. Serious problems with morale and keeping employees. Corporate customer service is handled by AI, not a real person.

COVID really accelerated their decline. Local chipotle's had lines out the door, and now they are a ghost town like Moe's.

No that shouldn't be the case. I selected for myself as well. My cart and confirmation email still shows the $10 bonus card. I received my $40 gift card, but not the bonus yet. I'm thinking the bonus amount will just go out later today/tomorrow.

Just make sure to use graduation themed gift card, the bonus card will show after you select if its for you or friend. Once placed, email would say the bonus card.
Also, if some money is left in gift card in app, show the other gift card via screen shot. Always works.

Yep, a code is definitively NOT a gift card as it can only be applied at checkout. Disputing charge for refund.

I just received the $10 bonus code email. It was about 40 minutes after I placed my order, and about 25 minutes after I received my $40 email.
