$87 shipping on m10v2 kills the deal. Brand new wasnt much more than this price during black friday, plus they contradict themselves on open box warranty.

Yea im a little confused because they say 5 yr warranty on all products then only 90 days for open box/refurbished depending on the page. I still pulled the trigger on an M-12 hope I get lucky

I skipped an earlier open box deal when it didn't show warranty, and customer support said it was only 90 days. I ordered the 12" last night since the page shows 5 year warranty. Anyone think there's a reason to not trust it having 5 year warranty?

I submitted that question to Monoprice support - I'll let you know what they say because it is really confusing.

I've noticed there are more expensive open-box items (+200 ish dollars for the M-12) that don't mention the 90 day limited warranty so I am assuming those have the standard 5 year support. I suppose its taking a gamble but when getting it for half price as long as you don't get a dud its still a damn good deal.

I bought a 16 open box yesterday with free shipping and the MONOLITH15 code still worked, $1270.75 before taxes.

Do you happen to have a confirmation in email you can share? I'd love something in writing to reference if needed.

What are the main differences between the 10 and 12,also, does it mix well with Klipsch RP or should I just stick with the RP 12 sub?

Even though on the page for the M-10 v2 it says 90 day warranty? Lots of contradictory information around the site. I am about to pull the trigger on it but was going to wait to talk to customer service tomorrow when they open. I am upgrading from a crappy Polk sub in a 1900 cu ft room so this thing should be perfect. With their questionable customer service in the past I want the full warranty. Thanks!
