In this case - a very small refund amount for something that is an obvious error on Amazon's part, likely either produces only a very small demerit or none at all on your account. It's definitely not going to stop me from complaining about an obviously fraudulent or errored listing (if this is, in fact one). At least, I can say I always do complain 100% of the time, and they've never been reluctant to refund me or give an apology credit - so I must not be getting any serious flags. Would be nice to really know what my "Secret Amazon customer ranking" is in their system, but I'm certain they'll never tell.
