What is the best set up for two garage doors? Two of the same units or this with something else?
Also does this include the arm that attaches to the actual garage door?

There is no real need two have two of the same other than it looks nice and easier to have one type to operate and understand. They will work on different codes, so they should not interfere with each other.

These do include the arm that attaches to the door, but make sure your doors are reinforced for the load the arm puts on the door.

Keep in mind that this doesnt use regular bulbs. Unsure if the integrated bulb can be replaced but if it can, it'll be at a much higher cost and harder to find then a regular bulb.

It's an LED. It will outlast all other components on the opener.

I wouldn't count on that, I've replaced a ton of LED bulbs over the years and I had 2 LED light fixtures (different types, manufactures) with integrated LEDs I've had to trash after just a few years, I won't buy fixtures with integrated anymore unless I have no other option.

curious on the yearly MyQ price. I'm reading else where about $120 a year. Do any features work without the annual fee? Or does it basically become a dumb garage door opener.

You could easily look this up and answer your own question.

MyQ is no charge for the basic service. If you want to be able to save video from the camera and get motion alerts, that is a different story.

Not in the normal manner. The myQ openers use the two wire differently than an older system. It not just shorting the wires together for activation. If you just want extra buttons for the door, they can be had cheap. If you are wanting to integrate into something else via a relay you can buy the same cheap buttons and solder directly to the pads inside. It's how I use these with a zen17 relay.

I have 2 of the same openers but without the video (i prefer my own camera system on the same app), they are quiet & the battery backup works perfectly fine (just a little slower).

This is a good deal, i do not subscribe to MyQ FYI, most everything I need is free right out of the box
