Thanks again for posting and folks answering questions. Bought. I had the Amex $100 off $500, and R$ cash back of 6% as well as a bit of Lenovo cash back expiring next month. Not perfect, but great for the price.

The RTX3050 vs RTX3070 has similar performance for games like League of Legends. But for Counterstrike, there is a 35% performance gain on using the 3070.

I just bought for business use. But I did load up Steam and GeForce Now to see how it performed for a few games. I was never really big into gaming (even though I have repaired hundreds of game consoles and built quite a few gaming rigs over past 30 years). So YMMV on gaming experience.

I thought about sharing the Costco sale with slickdeals, but the date of clearance and markdown rate are determined by the manager of that store (according to the staff I talked to). The little * in top right of price sign means it's a clearance item. And they only had 5 available when I found the deal.

I just returned a laptop to Lenovo. They provided a free return shipping label, no restock if you return within 30 days. I believe outlet items are 14 days.

The Intel processor is quite a bit better. I don't know if it's worth the price difference though
