I've ordered jam/jelly 3 times from Amazon. Each time it has come as 6 jars thrown in a bubble wrap bag inside a box, which of course 2 or 3 break. It's been a automatic refund every time so no hassle there, but be warned if you are ordering these !!DO NOT!! order anything else that will ship in the same package.

im experiencing this too. apparently they are well aware of the breakage as the refund is almost effortless.
