The Triumphs, as always, are some of the softest easy day/recovery shoes you can buy. Always a staple in my shoe rotation.

The Shift is a fake Endorphin. It lacks the Pebax popcorn midsole that the more expensive Endorphins such use. Saucony uses EVA for the Shift. It's firm and unpleasant to run in IMO. This model is targeted towards the budget conscious and runners seeking a bit of stability.
The Tempus is also compromised. While it has a top layer of Pebax in the midsole configuration to provide some performative oomph the shoe uses a firm EVA carrier "frame" to provide "stability". This dual density midsole design choice negates the benefits of Pebax by zapping it of it's cush and bounciness.
The Triumph went in a bad direction with version 20. Saucony increased the heel drop to 10mm from 8mm. As a result the shoe is now strictly consigned to heel strikers. Even with walking, version 19's 8mm drop was already causing some noticable heel scuffing for me. 10mm is going to be even more awkward to walk or run in.
Bottom line is these three models are problematic and flawed. There's better alternatives out there. Runners should avoid shoes that utilize stability gimmicks and firm non-supercritical midsoles. I suggest holding out for the Endorphin Speed 3 or the Pro 3. Those are Saucony's REAL running shoes.
