Not wrong.

But, gotta tell ya, I bought one of these about 5 years ago and love it. No carb issues. No gas. No oil. Starts up every time. Light, quiet. Have blower, weed thing, and hedge clippers that all use the same batteries.

So, you'd rather have to go to a store and buy a brand new mower every year, for five years, and just 'throw away' the old one, instead of using a single mower until it's actually dead? This, in addition to having to deal with oil changes and gas?

Yup -- sounds like a great alternative to me...

Meanwhile, I did have to replace a $15 plastic part on my 4 year old Ryobi mower (purchased 4/2019) this year, and other than blade sharpening (which I do at home), have had to do nothing else to it. Paid $329 for the mower, battery, and charger.

It's been raining so much lately, my grass has exploded. My last mow was through ~8" grass, and the mower had zero issues with it, even while using 4 year old batteries. I don't think your "I could go and buy a $100 gas mower every year for 5 years" is the flex you think it is.

Don't get me wrong -- I don't see anything wrong with folks choosing to use gas powered yard equipment. The US is a free country. What I do have a problem with is folks crapping on a product they've obviously not experienced, complete with a whole bunch of made up excuses.

Isn't there just 2 batteries with the mower and 1 battery with the free tool, for a total of 3 batteries not 4?

The Mower and the blower come with 2 batteries each, but the Trimmer comes with one. I edited it to show the correct information. Thanks for the heads up

Mine is at least 5 years old and still works like brand new but I've been eyeing this bigger one. Probably donate my smaller one to a new homeowner

This still seems kinda high for 2 tools with batteries. I estimate the mower to be valued at $400, maybe $500 max with battery. The extra tool is worth about $100 with battery. At least this is how much it would cost from your other big brands like Green works and Ego. Can someone explain why this is a good deal?

Those batteries retail for $219 each and you can get up to 4 of them if you get the blower.

In addition to the batteries, this is a top of the line self propelled mower and its very similar to the RY401220 rated high by consumers report to boot.

Really? I can't get it to give me any option to add to cart at all. The button is just greyed out and says "SOLD OUT"
