I've had this for over a year. It is painfully slow and after powering on, takes a good 5 minutes (not exaggerating) before UI responds to any input. The only use case I can recommend this for is reading books or watching *downloaded movies.

I have one in my meeting room, serving as a zoom room controller.

Don't expect any performance on this tablet. It is super slow. Lagging when open apps.

it's 70 and has a microsd.. i'd get this over a fire tablet if fire toolbox doesn't work anymore.. and cuz it has a charging stand.. it would work as a dedicated digital photo frame

I have this one and exclusively use it as a music streamer (YouTube Music) and occasionally a YouTube screen when working away from home. It's aggressively fine. Nothing fancy, and I certainly wouldn't be trying to make it a workhorse of any kind, but using one app at a time for minor stuff it works just like I'd expect.

Have you taken steps to remove as much bloatware and optimize all that remains as best you can? Just wondering if performance can be improved at all
