You have to sign up for digital coupons.
RC products are 3 - 12pks for$10 w/ digital coupon. $12 w/o coupon.

I placed an order for pickup, but the store by my house, and I am sure that's the case everywhere, it's severely understaffed. The girl that runs the cash register also stocks the shelves, cleans the floors and basically manages the whole place. They don't have staffing to handle online orders.

I've tried to do the buy online pick up in store option 3 or 4 times now with DG and it's always cancelled..but this is certainly worth trying once more time! Thanks OP!

If you're in an area with an Amazon Warehouse or a lot of other places with starting pay at $15 an hour, that's probably why. Allegedly Dollar General either pays significantly less, and/or pays for less employees anywhere they're "forced" to pay $15 an hour (by market conditions or legislation). It seems to be the same in my area. I haven't been able to confirm this, mostly because I don't want to bother employees at the local store about it, but it makes sense.

My local store flat out told me that they just cancel all of the online orders that come through. For some reason, only certain DG stores participate in buy online, pickup in store but the app/website does not filter. You can get these same deals by purchasing in store and using the coupon on your phone.
