Fruit-flavored. I hate that it's so good. Have been (lazily) seeking ways to replicate the clean, smooth flavor of hint water since I first discovered it. I wish I had the time and talent to pull off a decent agua del sabor or even just plain "fruit-infused" water that's convenient and doesn't turn gross faster than I can drink it. But here I am, about to order a bunch of plastic bottles of this stuff. Grateful to OP for the heads up Smilie
