for a moment I initially thought this was the (big one) across-the-board All WG Photos: 70% Off, e.g. WG's fantastic Posters Deal.
…it's gotta be getting close? Hopefully not clawed back like their $2 11x14 (deal)

In other words, whether Walgreens or CVS has a better deal deal depends on whether you need shipping.
The 16x20 canvas is so disappointing that I might redo it at Staples with a color photocopier. It won't be on canvas but the final product will look much better. And it'll be a lot cheaper, even with a poster frame.
I will add that Walgreens does offer an unlimited money back guarantee. You can get a refund at any time, with no expiration date. The canvas I got is so disappointing that I'll probably do just that
I don't know about these 11x14 canvases but the 16x20 is 1½" thick, which is too much for most store bought frames. Most people just hang these without frames. In fact, the surrounding borders are part of the display.
In other words, whether Walgreens or CVS has a better deal deal depends on whether you need shipping.
So thanks for posting this publicly and reducing the likelihood of employees getting nice deals in the future.
I'm sure these fake internet rep points will make it worth it.

If it is for employees only, then why don't they have a way to check if you are an employee? I think your complaint is with Walgreens.
Do you think they are losing money at this price? Maybe, but if it gets you in the door, it could lead to more purchases. So either it is still worth it to have thousands of non-employees get this, or the additional sales that result from a Loss Leader will still benefit the bottom line.
