I was told by a Costco employee that when they mark it down and the price ends in 00 it is a managers clearance. This is marked down lower than the corporate clearance prices (that end in 97). So this price is basically something each stores manager will set when they really want to move the product out the door. This ymmv deal is probably only the store the op visited and no where else.

Amazing value. Unfortunately just left my Costco and they told me they have 17 in stock but still at $1199 with no knowledge of when that will change…and they have all the C3 models on display as well too.

That's crazy. Hope their site drops the 65 in soon. Paid 1599 for it last week in the hopes it ll drop in next 90 days. My stores have been out of the 55s for ages tho.

Mine is the exact same situation. Fully stocked on C2 48/55/65/77 and no special pricing…yet. I've been checking almost every other day and would love to walk into a $650 C2 55! I will continue to check and post if I see or learn anything new. Thanks OP and nice find.

Still plenty of 55 and 65 for $1200 and $1600(maybe $1700) at Burnsville MN Costco. Fully stocked with c3's. I'll keep an eye on them and update if I see the price drop
