it doesn't really matter. It's not the fastest but more than fast enough.
They weren't clear with their statement. This doesn't have DRAM where the expired Intel deal does. DRAM is used for caching and makes the drive faster, while potentially also reducing read/write cycles which can extend the life of the drive. So a drive with DRAM is better than one without, all other things being equal. it also tends to be a little more expensive with DRAM because it obviously has more components.

Unless you want portability, if you install in mobo in raid0, you'd theoretically get ~2x the r/w speeds.

I play far cry 6 on a HDD it can only be a bit slow to load up the game... But I use my SSD for multiplayer games and record onto my HDD

Love that a drive that is up to 5 x faster than most SATA drives(even SSD) and were thinking it's too slow for games? I still use a SSHD for most of mine without any issues.

There's nothing wrong with DRAM, it's actually preferable to have it especially on the cheaper drives.

6 months ago the inland 2tb deal from microcenter for $80 was a steal. and man, m.2 drives are so nice to install
