It would unless you get a TB3/4 or USB 4 enclosure since the limiting factor is the USB speed

Yes, you can connect it to Series S/X, but you can't run Series enhanced Quick Resume games from it.

I couldn't find anything published, which is not uncommon for portable drives like this. Sandisk/WD doesn't publish the TBW rating for its Extreme Portable drives, either, although it does give 2 years longer warranty than Samsung's rather underwhelming 3-year one.
