You'll stay afloat but it's not ideal. At this short length width is really important. If both width and length are small then I'd say no.

Totally depends on your weight and the environment you plan on taking it.

This is shorter than what I would need, I'm 210lbs... but the width is also .5" more than the standard. I'm not sure how much more buoyancy you would get due to that. Could be fine for even a 200+ lb adult, maybe
