Wait for a deal that's not porcelain coated unless you only need this thing for a year.

- The burners lost connectivity between each other after the 3rd year of use. I have to light each burner individually.
- Cast Iron grates have rusted with their coating. I assume this was from the wire brush.
- The drip pan does not funnel the fat into the collection tray very well. if you don't keep on top of cleaning it regularly you will end up with a massive fire. This has happened to me a couple of times.
- Ignition switch stopped working after a year
- Temp gauge seems to get water into it. I take it off now after using the grill as they cost around $10 each
I have to replace the burners and cast iron plates with stainless steel ones off of Amazon.
I had an older Charbroil Grill from the late 90s. They may not have been stainless steel but were built better. Never had a fire with that one.

Yep I just posted my issues with mine. Same thing. I'll be getting aftermarket stainless ones off of Amazon.
I use my Webber Kettle more over the Charbroil and it uses stainless steel. Haven't had any issues with it yet after 5+ years.

I haven't purchased them yet but maybe something like this. Verify your model number to be sure it'll fit.

Had mine for about 4-5 years. It's on its last limb.

Strongly suggest to do regular (more than 1x per year) deep cleans on the fire box to try to help prevent this.
