Looks like the same junk handle/rocker as my Craftsman (made by Torin) that used steel so soft that it deformed after like 5 uses and took ~6 months to get a replacement part sent from China. And by that time the bottle section started to leak...just in time for the warranty to expire. Just say no to Torin/Craftsman jacks.

edit: Quite a few reviews confirm it's semi-functional junk.

It's worth buying, just because Torin had the foresight to promote their product with a picture of a dude crab walking with an accordion under the guise of "lift with ease"… designed to save your effort. It's got to be one of the better absurd advertisements I've seen from a Chinese product. Whenever I think of using a 20 ton jack,I always imagine someone crabwalking with an accordion. Torin you've found your demographic, good work.

Your house must be made of straw. If I could find one of these to hold 200 tons so I could replace a wall supporting a girder truss we would be talking!

200 tons - I think you could partially jack up a Victorian two story brick house (not facade, actual structural brick walls). Of course all that force is on the sills of the cut block basement, so you're going to use steel i-beams to support across the floor joists.

Translation: I know just enough to f@k it up, so I'd hire a professional for something that requires that much force...

Nearly all engine hoists use a far longer ram jack with a clevis/pin style lower base, which results in it being mounted far more 'outward' on the engine stand's vertical frame and horizontal boom.
You'd have to completely redesign your engine hoist to be able to use this jack, to put it in simple/short terms.

You don't use one and you clearly don't know enough to think it through before posting.
