It's Amazon. All the reviews are fake and the original price doesn't matter.

I have a Sony projection clock that does a fantastic job on the projection side of things (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IEYHMPK). It's large on the ceiling, not too bright (so you can't tell its on with your eyes closed), very sharp, and rotatable. I can tell the time without my glasses on, which I can't do with a standard alarm clock.

Unfortunately, the alarm clock has a horrible UI so is a pain to use. I've been looking for a small projector alarm clock that I can use just for the projection feature. I've tried 3 others so far and they all suck - either too small on the ceiling, not bright enough etc.

I'm going to give this a go - but I'm betting it's not as good as Sony's...

I won't use any clock that isn't red. Any other color is too bright at night. That goes for the projection too.

How about coloring a plastic wrap with a red marker pen and sticking it over the projector and clock screen?

"hey siri, what time is it?" is easier Smilie

I've had a few of these. I love projection clocks. However they all break within 2 years. They either go dimm or the numbers start missing lines in the numbers

Your significant other punching you in the face right after because you woke them up is not a nice follow up to that though Wink.

I've had (and still do) 2 Oregon Scientific projection clocks going for like 15-20+ years now I think, and can't imagine sleeping without one.

No idea about this basics model though.
