There are 3 trips running every day and they've allotted only 2 or 3 tickets at the $1 rate so if you see it and want it, don't wait. There is a $3.99 online booking/processing fee. My screenshot shows LA (El Monte) to Fresno on a Friday for $1 still available for mid June.

This is correct. Having had burritos all over the great state of California, the "best" are in San Diego – hands down. And a close second (ironically) is Fresno.

i live near LA and drove through SF last week, both are equal S holes. LA feels more spread out but it's still trash

LA and SF are awesome centers of culture. The nightlife is amazing. The views and opulence superb. All from the view of the elites who are dropped off by their drivers at the doors of their luxury / private security controlled hang outs. Walk the streets as I did last year in a better part of town. The mid-end lunch kiosk area had been taken over by the homeless, you can't look up at the views as you have to look down not to step in the feces. I only traversed 3-4 downtown SF blocks no where near any of the drug encampments and I had to avoid 5 different piles most of which had already been heavily distributed by others walking my same route. After leaving the freeway and getting onto the City streets, I witnessed my first act of lawlessness where a homeless man started yelling at a pair of people who looked like tourists and then starting chasing them. WTF.

It is so sad what compassion has brought to the big cities. Are you really compassionate when you provide tents, clean needles and no enforcement of law, or are you the oppressor ensuring business opportunities for the establishment that is paid to support the homelessness and the politicians that ensure this block of constituents has the help of handlers to make sure their votes are counted (several times in most cases)....

I moved to the Portland area about 20 years ago. It was a wonderful city, crime free, clean and safe. It is now SF/LA North after liberalism finished sowing its roots. I don't go to Portland anymore, I am 30 miles away....but they have passed a law to get 2% of my income to support Portland's failed policy after they drove away the local tax base in the city itself. I'm near retirement and I can guarantee I am leaving. Frown

Does anybody know what "San Jose, CA, TEMPORARILY NOT IN USE" means? Does it mean no stop and no pick-up in San Jose?

Hahaha yeah totally, I got a 5 night stay at the intercontinental in Los Angeles, I don't know what anyone is talking about. LA is beautiful.

I am on my way home using the Megabus today. I wasn't lucky to get the deal but it was well worth it. Only one other passenger and the driver was great for my trip here.

noticed them do that before. big passenger bought 2 seats and counted as 1 person boarded so someone that paid online once they arrived was allowed into packed bus and ended up sitting on stairs the whole trip.
