Good deal for a solid set of cans. These get hot in the upper mids, and reveal too much at times. VERY detailed. (They're a bit fatiguing for me for some kinds of music.) But they have a good range, decent sub-bass.

If you're doing any sort of production, these are definitely a solid choice.

Pretty much the go-to in the production world for monitoring during recording. Very honest voicing. Helps you quickly identify if your recording audio isn't clean. I've been sure to always have a set on hand for the last 25 years, and once you have a pair you'll spot them in behind the scenes videos all the time. These are not tuned for music listening pleasure, but have good range and won't color what you hear.
