From my experience, 3rd party price tracking isn't as useful. There is still a seller right now that is $37.99 + $16.40 shipping (not fulfilled by Amazon). Not sure if that would tracked at the before shipping cost?

Got it for $80 a couple months ago at my local home Depot but it came with 2 batteries and a charger.

I had to use this in a brick/mortar this WK wasn't not impressed,was pia . I am not sure if it works better with missionary drill bits only. was a struggle to just make 4 holes
