They're not all exactly the same, but they're all zero drop with basically zero padding. These are a great first pair.
As we all know, it was impossible for humans to run at all before Nike invented heavily padded running shoes in the 1970s, with the Cortez. For millions of years, we all had to shuffle around like those dorky Olympic racewalkers!
just a heads up, was just checking sizes and the 9.5 is available in a few colors still including the white color.

The xero website says half size up.
I don't have these but I do have various Within brand knockoffs from Amazon and I love them for deadlifting and front squats. Keeps me on my heel and off the toes. I like them for back squats too, but depending on ankle flexibility might need a plate under the heel or a slant board. I wear minimalist shoes for most workouts unless there is a lot of lunges or distance running.
Start light if you are used to a thick heel, ankle muscles might start waking up.
I tried them over a year ago and they were too narrow for me in the toe box. The shoes that fit me best are Altra Lone Peaks. I'm usually 10 2E-4E and shoes tend to be too narrow for me across the ball of my foot or they cut in where my big toe still wants to go straight.

Thanks for the advise!

Any recommendations that are cheaper than these and don't look fugly?
