tl;dr to apply a promo code add "promo_code=<enter promote here>" to the query string of a factoryoutletstore url.

for non-developers, that means append "&promo_code=..." to the url if there's already a question mark in the url, or "?promo_code=..." if not.

eg to get a $20 discount (ie 245 for $80) visit the url https://factoryoutletstore.com/?p...=FOS20SAVE (where FOS20SAVE is the "save $20 on any order of $75 or more" advertised here [factoryoutletstore.com] that expires midnight EDT tomorrow/sunday).

after visiting a URL with "promo_code=..." the promo code will be applied and can be seen when viewing your cart. you can even change, but not stack, promo codes by visiting a url with a different "promo_code=..." (eg start with "SAFEOPT15" and change to "FOS20SAVE"), ie last promo code used is applied.

i'm considering purchasing another 245 (for family/friends) because $80 is such a slick deal (though i have no remorse buying mine a week ago, and receiving yesterday, with only 10% promo code described earlier in this thread).

As a moderate/daily runner who logs around 2,000-2,400 miles per year, I couldn't be happier with my even older model 235. It's lightweight, has accurate gps, and plenty of battery life to get you through the marathon distance (or more). Without using the GPS, the battery lasts several days (and it fully charges from 0-100% in less than 2 hours. This is the more upgraded 245 so I can only assume, it's a little better than my 235. Sure, this doesn't have some of the fancier features like route mapping, live Strava segments, or built in music, but if I was in the market for a new running watch, I'd be all over this deal.
