According to Team Group's spec page, this does not have DRAM

https://www.teamgroupinc.com/en/product/qx

The 16TB model seems to have DRAM according to the Amazon page, but the other capacities say No DRAM.

Some other 4TB 2.5" drives around this price (and are also DRAM-less) are the Team Group Vulcan-Z QLC which is $165 and the Silicon Power A55 for $160 (which might be TLC as other capacities of the A55 are, and it does have double the TBW compared to Team's QLC drives, but all these drives keep component switching so it's hard to tell).

ah intresting is the dual chache a miss marketing then?? as if it only has SLC cache that would be single. seems very much so the marketing and selling page has "Smart Dual Cache and powerful performance" but then the actual product edm sheet just says "‧Smart SLC Cache and powerful performance" https://www.teamgroupinc.com/en/product/qx

Heres the specs [teamgroupinc.com] to stop the confusion. Just read it and it say's it doesn't have DRAM.

That's very low compared to other Team Group SATA SSD. Their AX2 1TB is rated for 800 TBW.
