Hell, consult your HOA too if you live in one. After I got flagged by someone for having the imitation flame torch pathlights as halloween lights, I ask my HOA where I can walk on my lawn.

Thanks for the that info. LMAO What's your point? The kind of engineering and tech to have one of these fly reliably ( not lose contact and stable) is well worth the price. DJI is arguably the best consumer-grade drone company available right now. Really good gimbals that can handle DSLR's that don't fly can cost a lot more too.

IMO, Any place worth flying drone is usually not allowed or you need a permit. Kinda sucks the fun out of owning one unless you want to either take your chances or jump through the hoops to do it legally. I bough the DJI spark when it first came out - it was $700 and I flew it on my Spain trip but took a risk. after that I flew it here and there just to get use out of it but it just got boring so I sold it. They certainly have come down in price since then but I still think it's a novelty that wears off unless you don't care about the laws and regulations or use it for inspections.

This is a good deal on a great drone. Just be aware that it is not certified for remote Id required after September, so you will be limited to flying for personal use and in very limited areas. Alternatively you can add a $40 remote ID add on, that will make it weigh more than 250 grams requiring registering it with the FAA (for $5 every 3 years)

yeah.....it had a spare battery , remote and something else...I actually ordered it last week ....the sale ended 5/22 it shows now.
