Peak Horsepower is a term used in the wet-dry vac industry for consumer comparison purposes. It does not denote the operational horsepower output of a wet-dry vac, but rather the horsepower output of a motor, including the motor's inertial contribution, achieved in laboratory testing. In actual use, motors do not operate at the peak horsepower shown

There's one problem with this deal and it is the price lol, it just isn't as good as the previous ones and that kinda sours it a bit... Unlike the previous comment (appreciate his feedback), I use my $29 8-gallon extensively, I replaced the bag inside at least once and switched the filter to a HEPA, and it's amazing, it's the main vacuum in the house because for $29 we just got used to moving it around.
So yeah, myself, I'm waiting for the $29 deal to come back to get another one, whichever it is, 6-gal or 8-gal.
Edit: Slickdeals shows this has been $39 multiple times, so I'd wait for it to be at least that price to consider it "slick"

I got the 8 gal version of this last June for $29. It barely gets used, honestly.
You have to be very selective about your tasks to use something so small (and yet so bulky).
This is probably more useful for the "wet" part of wet-dry since water gets too heavy to carry to fill up the whole thing anyway.

Been trying to find proper bags. Where did you pick up the bag and filter?
i literally thought this was an r2d2 edition design like how they have many collaborations with kitchen appliance companies. like the waffle maker, etc
These aren't very rugged either. I had the 8gal version and the motor had a critical failure within a year. Fine for a "once in awhile" vac but not built for any serious work.

I got one for 29$ too and it's the best investment I made. I used it to vacuum out the clogged ac drain, emptied a tray full of water and so much more lol you can even use it as a leaf blower 🤣
I picked this up for $29 in 2020 and use it to suck the last bit of water out of my hot tub when I change the water every couple months. Works great for that purpose but this last month I noticed it was getting rust spots in the bottom. Probably because I put it away wet last time.
Mine does not have the same power as it did new. I rarely use mine, MAYBE 10 times a year. Over 2 years, it does not have the same sucking power. Mine was purchased early in 2021 when Walmart was clearancing these for $18. (Holiday 2020 price was $29).

Have you cleaned or replaced your filter?
