Curve radius is really in the eye of the beholder. Some people love 1000R monitors because it matches the natural curvature of the eye, but some find them way too aggressive. 1900R is certainly more subtle, but you'll definitely notice it.

I don't understand why this deal is getting thumbs'd up, it doesn't seem like anything special. This is the curved 34" monitor that seems to be the favorite from RTings reviews.

The one you linked to is VA panel. There's typically significant price jump for curved IPS panels, which is what this Acer is.
