It came up at that price since you had digital credits to use.

Yep, this. Every time of these threads comes up someone points out how they somehow got it for free without realizing it was using the digital credits. "Promotional credits may be applied" is there for a reason.

Most fans agree that the theatrical version of Alien is superior to the director's cut, if anyone is wondering which one to buy.

Even Ridley Scott says he prefers the theatrical cut.

Just went to purchase Beverly Hills Cop II and the price of $4.99 for the UHD version was crossed out and I was able to get it for $1.99. Maybe it's because I'm a Prime Member? Unsure as to why it came up that way....YMMV

Ahhh, now it makes sense. I've been quietly accumulating these credits over time that I totally forgot about them haha. Thanks for clarifying!

Is The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly 4K?
Purchase page labeled as "HD". Usually 4K films show as "UHD".

The Martian Director's Cut [amazon.com] is $4.99 too, but only HD quality.

Prime No Rush credits might be expiring on June 15th for some people.

I rarely fall for it for movies since I usually have enough credits to make them free and that's suspicious (and I only look at the movies that are discounted already anyway), but sometimes it happens with Kindle books where I get excited before realizing there's $22 of discount applied. 😆

I agree. But any true Alien fan would have no issue buying both.

My wife hates that I'll be watching one, then say did you see that!? And switch to the other movie to show her the difference.
