Anyways, I had really bad back pain, muscle spasms that made me cry in the morning. Getting up from my bed was a mission, would take 10 minutes if not more because the pain was just unbearable. Mobility was awful, I was in a lot of pain and suffering. I went to a chiropractor and went to multiple sessions, it would get better but the pain was there, I couldn't even lift 10lbs without having sharp back pain. I don't know how I ended up searching for Collagen but I found these pills and read the reviews and some people mentioned that it helped with their back pain, I was instantly skeptical and I said what do I have to lose?
Fast forward to December 2022, taking 2 pills a day (recommended doze is 3 daily) I noticed the pain going away and having better mobility. Fast forward to now May 5/28/2023 and I am in much better shape, the pain went away and I am able to lift more than 10lbs, sometimes even more. The back spams went away and this was life changing for me. It sounds crazy and like a shill, but it worked for me and it had to be these pills because I haven't taken anything else.
It may vary from person to person depending on your condition, also some people claim it helped with their hair and nails, I didn't notice any changes there but I am very happy with no pain.

I tried this brand, not this one in particular, and it never tasted good or ever had a craving to have some more. I ended up giving it away.
