FYI, if you go on Chicago Music Exchange's Reverb, these are on sale there, plus the 15% Memorial Day discount, which brings them to $169.99. I ended up buying the X-Time after watching some videos. sounds pretty great and apparently you can use the pitch patch with the time and feedback set at 0 and use it like a Whammy DT, too 🤘

Bruh. It's the company that makes Amplitube, one of the most popular guitar amp sim apps, which has been around for decades at this point.

Anyone have experience with these? I have a lot of IK plugins, plus the ToneX pedal, but I'm curious about the delay. Not a ton of delays with reverse delay at this price and I assume this has a bunch more sounds in it than most...

I was REALLY hoping one of these would emulate the seemingly fictitious 'REZO' pedal from amplitube. I love that thing.
Currently using a digitech RP500 mod/verb/delay. These look/sound pretty nice, but $600 to replace that rig w/ all 3 seems like a bit much.

you can get an idea of what each pedal offers if you have Amplitube 5. these effects are in there.

No guitar players use this brand. I've never heard of it. Yet tons of slick dealers will buy it because it's a "deal". It's not a deal if it sucks, supply and demand

Uhhh... They make ToneX and the ToneX Pedal, which have been one of the most talked about pieces of guitar gear/plugins this year. Not to mention they make Amplitube, which is basically the first fully featured amp modeling plugin ever released and is still going strong. Amplitube predates Gearbox/POD Farm, Guitar Rig, etc. They also make tons of other plugins (MODO Bass/Drums, T-RackS, SynthTronik, Electromagnetik, SampleTank, etc). Probably the most used iPad and iPhone recording interface - iRig, as well as one of the most popular home recording interfaces - Axe I/O.

People definitely know who IK Multimedia is. If you don't, you've been living under a rock for the past 20 years šŸ˜‚ True, this is one of their first forays into guitar pedals, but that doesn't mean they're an unknown brand. They have been making guitar-related software since the early 2000s and are more qualified to build high quality digital effects than probably anyone out there.

Guys there's a guitar pedal sale on Sweetwater and guitar center don't miss it. Also can this be used as a stomp box? I remember using amplitude before and that it was good

I've played guitar professionally for over 25 years. If I could only own one pedal it would be IKM Tonex (and I own many expensive pedals such as the Ethos Overdrive, King of Tone, Tone Bender MKII and III, silver Klon, etc).

While IKM just dove into the physical pedal space they have been a pioneer in amp and effect modeling for about as long as anyone. Don't care for the drive pedal but the verb, delay, and mod are pretty feature rich at this price point especially if you have jampoints. For $140 with points no other pedal on the market can match the quality and feature set ratio.
