$70 more expensive then last time round and most people only got refunded $135.99 for Applecare + which I would make the case worth it for that price.

As others mentioned, unless you have a desperate need one to buy one now because you phone stopped working or as a gift, I'd suggest to wait till 15 comes out as it's around the corner and suppose to use a 3nm processor which greatly improved battery life.

They need to bring back the physical Sim option in iPhone 15 pro max. There's nothing wrong to have a physical Sim slot and eSIM card in the same phone.

It's because some people are willing to pay so much, that they can charge so much for a phone. I'd never pay more than a few hundred.

I don't mind spending the money, but it would be difficult to enjoy such an item. Too much worry/hassle if anything goes wrong.

False… most people reported getting $135 back in the last deal with Costco and it was $70 cheaper. Might as well keep applecare at $135 in my opinion.
