Sold out last time few weeks ago. It's back again, other size available. 48" is $739, but with other sales for new units these aren't great.
If these are like new, then it's a good price. Otherwise, have no idea what woot Refurb tvs are like.
Most C2 42" should have EVO panels. However since these are Refurb, if they were the few early manufactured, it's possible may not.

The C2 pricing is odd. Fully expected them to keep dropping from last month or two when the 55" and 65" could be had for ~$1000 or $1300 new but it seems like the trend has slightly reversed.

Bought service remote for $6.98 and now set up with LG companion app and never touch the remote.
C2 is only 17 pounds, so most arm mounts work fine. Using it in my existing mount rates for 30 pounds and can adjust it with one finger..
