My opinion: these are trash, and have little to no value unless you're scarfing one from the team car while riding a grand tour stage.

I haven't tried them but they appear to have an equivalent level of value to the cereal. That doesn't disagree with your statement though.

Tried the Golden Grahams/lucky charms bars and thought they were pretty tasty. Good little preworkout carbs snack. In for 1 to try other flavors.

I like that they are small and only 100 calories. Easy to fit one in to macros.
