Just to mention, the Ram of GT22-1455xt only supports 4000 MHz (as a DDR5). When XMP was turned on, my Bios just crashed.

Thanks! Do you know the power supply wattage? I'm guessing it's 800 watts but it doesn't mention it.

Apart from the RAM, how do you like it? My thoughts are that it's extremely powerful with a significant savings.

$2520 for a 4090 i13900k desktop is insane. Can only employees get the employee discount?

It comes with:
Kingston FURY 16 GB DDR5-5200 MHz XMP RGB Heatsink RAM (2 x 8 GB)

Are you telling me that the mobo can't even support the memory it comes with? Or are you using 4 sticks instead of 2?

I calculate 2779 if building yourself without counting window 11 cost. Personally though I would build because of the ease of replacing parts if they go out. I am not sure how replaceable these hp parts are. And it is more fun building. Also personally I would never build anything with the 13900k. It is too power hungry and hot.

I am using the 2 sticks (2X8 = 16 GB). For the current motherboard, it can't support the 5200 MHz it claims to support as XMP is not working well with this system.

Ended up buying it. Was for a few weeks planning a Dan C4-sfx case build, but the lack of time and the worry of parts going out is why it'd be nice to have a 1 year warranty in this case. If something goes wrong, I don't have to spend time troubleshooting, just ship it off for replacement.

True the 13900k is too power-hungry and hot. The Omen 45L case design might be helpful here, esp if I replace the cpu water cooler. For for this price, it's cheaper than 4090 pre-builds with a 13700k.

That's worrying. I just picked up 2x32gb sticks of 5200mhz memory from Amazon. Not the end of the world if performance is capped a bit, but if one day I need to push performance, good to know the mobo is next in line for upgrades.
