I got one of these when it was briefly posted here a couple of weeks ago.
You are right, the ram is not upgradeable but it reports as DDR5. The SSD is upgradeable, size 2242 M.2, mine came with an SATA drive but it took a larger NVME just fine. The WiFi card (Realtek 8821CE) is replaceable but I have not done that. Windows seems legit, and plain vanilla. Very quiet, I have had no issues. The bottom cover is a bit difficult to remove, just be careful when pulling it off over the ports. I wish it had a USB-C port, but I do not think any N95/N100 PCs have those.
If you google T8 mini computer you will find this same T8 Plus PC (and the Older T8 Pro) under different brands.
I got it in about a week, but there was no tracking/shipping info sent. I am pleased.
It's about as fast as a 2012-era Xeon X3-1240 (picture a 3.3-3.7 ghz quad core i5 of the era..), or a late-2017-era i3-8100 in Passmark scores. People coded on that stuff back in the day plenty, and did great work.
It's about 1/3 the speed of a modern i3-13100 CPU.
To me this would make a great Plex Server machine (with Plexpass to use the iGPU for all the heavy lifting - I wouldn't try without PP).
Coupon worked OK here. Paypal receipt a wee bit difficult to read (Chinese). RAM (8) on this mini is fixed/ soldered/ not upgradeable unless you are a magician. Good deal IMHO.

Really wonder if the version of windows is legit or not considering the price point but seriously, if the OS was transferable it would be awesome (use it on a new/real build, use this as htpc or something else with linux)
can you load OFFICE on this and run smoothly. if browsing & downloading is your only objective is this good PC to have. if the OS was transferable it would be awesome. What exactly do you mean?
its got windows 11 Pro; so remote work is feasible.
I wish it had a USB-C port, but I do not think any N95/N100 PCs have those.
Can someone confirm this? if true, whats available? can you do an A to a USB-c and use it.

Office stuff works just fine, smooth, fast. These new N95/100 chips are very good for that stuff and streaming video. The Win 11 Pro license is, like nearly all computers, embedded in the motherboard bios, so not transferable.
I have a cheap USB A to USB A & C dongle that works fine on mine for simple stuff, but you cannot do fancy stuff like attach a monitor too it.

Ditto, me too. Ordering from the Acemagician site often can be paired with their native coupons (in this case was $39) The only caveat my first order was the long time before delivery. So long that I messaged them on FB. Their reply was an apology attributed to low supply along with minor CPU upgrade and a token free mouse. Plus is an upgrade over Pro. VESA mount for attachment to so equipped monitor (back). External power supply, USB and HDMI ports for those crazy for the visuals. Deal was a steal for any other cowboy

Also wanted to mention that the brand is one that is available on AMZ for component comparison and price
I used to jump for this reason, but the MiBox S handles everything I can imagine for $60, with a superior remote. 4k 10 bit HDR with DDP 5.1? Yeah, no problem. KODI gives you as much or as little interface tweaking as you desire... and hiding the unit in a drawer or taped to the back of a TV/stand and not having to touch it for years on end? It's got that as well.
RIP my HTPC collection..

N100 has the same CPU performance with more iGPU cores and much lower TDP (15w vs 6w)
I think it's better to get the N100 from AliExpress.
