Yes, I bought these and can confirm that they do hold odor pretty bad. Then it can spread to your shoes. I had to stop wearing them to the gym which kinda defeats the purpose of my purchase.

Personally, I haven't had an issue with these and the odor. I wear them every day in the winter, when it's not flip flop season. And they really are comfortable. They're not thin like a dress sock, and they are made well. They are the only socks that I wear, and I'm wearing a pair right now. These would be a great donation, and you can feel good about giving them, so thank you for doing that. Smilie

Nice, I was just thinking I needed more of these. Definitely get the extended size if you're anywhere near size 12.

Wish they were mostly cotton, although these aren't as bad as you think they'd be considering they're almost entirely polyester.

I use gold bond foot powder before my wokouts, and helps with that.

I advice never buy the Adidas athletics socks at Costco. No more than 5 days of wearing, the bottom forms 2 holes. This does not happen on other brands, include these Pumas.
Adidas' material just very poor quality.

These are nowhere near "no show." These things are so big out of the package that they look like crew socks for people with feet smaller than size 11.
