3 for $11 x 2 = 6 for 22
Spend $3 more and get $5 off 25 plus there is a $3 pepsi coupon.

I had the opposite problem. I hit a few stores on Friday and all the Pepsi was old as dirt. They were all either past the expiration date or June 2023.

At large grocery stores, Pepsi sends their own merchandisers in to rotate and stock the shelves but Walgreens apparently doesn't use that service.

3 limit per variety in NYC...and can recycling deposits are pretty absurd, so kinda kills it a bit. But could be more advantageous elsewhere.
