I have two pairs of these, they're a "get what you pay for" shoe. Mine aren't particularly comfortable, not very durable, not waterproof. There's minimal padding in the sole, you can feel where the spikes are with your feet.
They're just very cheap sneakers with spikes on the bottom
If you're a very occasional golfer and you ride in a cart they'll be fine. If you golf a lot and walk, I'd suggest getting something more comfortable.
I have these shoes.. actually got them for less on clearance from Academy.. I'm an Occasional golfer and actually use " Fleet Feet " inserts in them. I Love them!
I've used these for 2 years now with occasional walking and mostly riding rounds, playing between 2 and 4 times a month. They're still going strong. No complaints and I'd buy again at this price.
For those who own this shoe, are there significant arch supports built in? If not, are the liners glued in or can they be easily removed and replaced? I have low arches and need significant arch support or third-party inserts.

I don't really think this price is anything special, definitely not front page worthy. There's certain sizes on Als.com for like $26. You gotta order some other stuff for free shipping but you get my point that this price isn't that special. they normally range around $40-50 on amazon, lowest I got them was $22/pair.
I've owned about 10 pairs of these. They wear out much faster than other pairs but are very breathable. Keep in mind if you play in wet conditions your socks and feet will get wet but they are good for hot days. Worst trait is the support, much lower quality than some of my other pairs. best trait is breathability as previously stated.
