Just walk into the store and take them for free. They'll fire anyone that tries to stop you.

Stacks with the 15% military discount, too. My total was $17.16 including tax (Illinois).

Not only tries to stop you but even reports you or describes you in any way whatsoever in any capacity to anyone.

In an interview with 11alive, Ferguson said: "We are not supposed to get in the way. You kind of clear path for whatever they're going to do. And then, after it's over, you scan a QR code. And that's that. We've been told not to put it in any notes, because that might scare other people. We're not supposed to call the police, not really supposed to talk about it."
They scan a QR code when you leave with your free stuff. They can't even put your description in the notes. It's just a 'got stuff stolen today' notification to the company. I can't think of a store I'd rather steal from than one that literally has a 'no snitching to anyone, even store management' policy. laugh out loud

Elaborate. You might sway my decision on buying this for the wife.

As others have mentioned, Lulu fired 2 employees that tried to thwart shoplifters from repeatedly stealing from their store. Basically giving the criminals a free pass to come back for more whenever they want, while also not protecting the employees safety, they werent allowed to make police reports of the incidents....

Got it. Yeah this is a sh*tty practice in retail to "punish" the employees, but its also pretty standard. Same thing happened to a long time Macy's employee that was publicized.

With that said these measures and training programs are there for the employees safety and company liability. By not carrying out the training, you're insubordinate to protocol and safety standards. I know I sound like a corporate drone saying that, but yeah. Personal safety first, no retail company pays enough or cares for you enough to endanger yourself for some merchandise.

Lululemon also has a history of racist behavior: https://www.yahoo.com/video/lulul...58013.html.

Nice clothes, but the explicitly anti-Asian sentiment is a deal-breaker for me.
