That would be one. Expired but still at $23. Pmw 3389 and lighter. There were other cooler master mice that were on sale for less than 20 with a 3360 sensor or newer. Also deluxe has wireless mouse with 3335 for around 20 when on sale.

That cooler master is heavier by a gram and more expensive. DeLux are not well built.
And do you think this hyperx is built well? Given that the durabilities are both bad, deluxe offers a much better deal with better sensor and buttons. Some of their models use kailh 8.0.

Yeah, the hyperx is very well built. And the 3335 in the Pulsefire is one of the best implementations of it. I doubt you have used any of these mice
HyperX wheels are less defined so it's better if you like the smooth scroll kind of feeling. Sensor performance is theoretically worse on HyperX but not noticeable in practice unless you lift your mouse.
There are a plethora of high quality wired mice around $20-25 so I would only pick this up if you really like the design or shape.
