I just got the 3050 ti model with 4GB. Weird that the 3050 has 6GB. The small amount of vram was definitely a point of concern, but my other options I considered for price/performance/form factor wouldn't even have a discrete graphics card so it was "good enough" for light 1080p gaming.

Overall happy with this laptop. It has plenty of cpu power and runs relatively quiet for a budget gaming laptop in this segment. My old nitro 5 with 1050ti was much, much louder.

Is this faster than similar lenovo ideapad gaming 3 with either ryzen 5 5800 or ryzen 7 6800?


Also how bad is the battery? Why are the battery on these laptops so bad?


Also don't you need to buy a new charger because this one drains even when charging?
