Use app, i just ordered like 30 mons ago. The app got stuck ordering. Ao after 15 mins i backed out and tried again and it went thru. Then i noticed i got 2 orders... Lol luckily i could cancel one online.

I'm not sure if that's supposed to be an attack, but there are pretty sizeable assumption jumps. That being said, my use case is wfh - in meetings a lot of the day and like having the freedom to be fairly mobile. I prefer being able to hear my environment and not be 'shut off' from it. I've used transparency mode, but it just isn't the same. An example is my favorite headset for meetings are sennheiser pc38x and the others in that line. I'd just rather not be tethered.

Reminder that the 5's cannot fold/collapse like all the other models which might matter to some people. On the positive side, the 5's have better noise cancelling.

Okay, so I caved after I read some of the comments here about how they're unopened and brand new. I ordered them yesterday and shipped them through Amazon Prime. The shipping estimate said like 12-14 days to arrive, but it arrived today! Go figure.

I can confirm that they are brand new as far as I can tell. The box flap was still glued down, so I broke the seal. The actual headphones and accessories were all there and appeared to be untouched/unused. The batteries were completely drained, so I charged them up, paired them and played some music in a loud area. Worked perfected.
