  6. Click "Yes, I Agree" to terms
  7. Click Continue
  8. Skip-Add-Ons

YMMV, but sometimes Samsung throws in extra discounts when you checkout (at least using the app). I've gotten my 40mm lte one for $110 net with the $70 tiv.

Did some reading in the terms and conditions. Assuming this applies to any device that is not one of the brands listed above:

The FCC ID number can usually be found printed somewhere on the mobile device. Sometimes it may be necessary to remove the battery pack to find the number. The FCC ID number can also be found in the user manual for each device.
If Samsung denies the trade-in or values it at $0, you can request to have it sent back to you free of charge.
I would double check with a rep as well.
