Exactly same happened to me. I am now trying the same to buy S23 or S23+ with no luck. Even contacted Samsung to create a cart for me but no additional discount available.

Just received my new watch 5 40mm from Samsung for 165$+12$ tax=177$ total without any trade in. Also got 17$ cashback from popular cashback site. So this costed me 160$ in total. I got employer discount + bundle discount which i dont know how i got. It was just showing in my cart.

I have a galaxy watch 3 as a daily driver and this seems like a good deal to jump on. Opted for the pro version for the better battery life and it gave me 190 off for the trade in on the watch 3.

It might be a deal if the trade in program wasn't a scam. Just did this a month ago for watch 5 golf and traded in my watch 3 for the $130 credit. After 30some days I get an email that they'll only give $60 because it's not a watch 3. There's 4 copies of a picture of my watch attached as if it were proof that it was not a watch 3. It seems clear they intend to deceive. I wouldn't have purchased without the trade in and if course I can't return the watch 5 golf (15 day return policy). I've requested the trade in be returned of course and I could've done without the new one. Not falling for this scam again and I hope you won't either.
