My Amazon Basics shipped. Reading on the back of the unit says L-N 330V, L-G 400V, N-G 400V. 4320 Joules.

the one and only time i ordered the amazon basics it was 400 500 500, does the cord length differ? i think i got the 12 ft cord last time

Yes. Mine is 8 ft long. Based on observation, my theory is that different Amazon Basics models have different clamping voltage.

1. 8-outlet model (6 ft, 12 ft) has 400/500/500
2. 12-outlet model (8 ft, 10 ft) has 330/400/400

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
