First review:

"Do you dislike being in the dark during a power outage? Neither do I. That's why I decided to purchase neo2000."

What is weird is they made the decision to not allow car charging. Like I know it's a huge battery but if your driving to the next park on a road trip and it's 5-10 hours away you could at least juice it a bit but they made the decision to not allow 12v charging. Only 33v or more or something like that. I actually really wanted this battery but I couldn't charge it on the go and unless I found a place to plugin it would be solar panels only.

Can't you easily get a 12v -> 48v or whatever adapter?

Really would need about 400 watts minimum to keep this charged up when camping, if you are going to use it to run a compressor driven 12v cooler.
Sometimes it would get pretty low, so the full 600 watts would be best.

DC-DC adapters are uncommon. You can DIY one but it's not super simple.

Yeah i thought it would be more common but it looks like you would need to wire in your own step up transformer. Strange since phone charger car plugs will step down the voltage easily

Not unless you kept the door to the cooler open all day. The compressor should not be running constantly unless you are trying to burn it out. I think a 100 watt would keep this thing topped up while powering a fridge.

Never heard of this brand. How reliable is it? If this was an Ecoflow with the same specs, wouldn't it cost something like $2k? There's got to be some catch here?

the catch is that it's another no name brand. the main players are like ecoflow and bluetti etc. but there are plenty of these no name companies putting out LIFEPO4 units at less than $.50/Wh these days, just look they are all over amazon. great value on this one...if it works well.

The catch is no quality control you pay for another no brand product.
