They are not the same monitor. The Costco one is a VA panel, for gaming will not perform as well as IPS like this monitor.

For what it's worth, found these at Microcenter for $200 today after ordering the same monitors at Amazon for the $296 deal last night 😑. Just posted the deal for those that are interested but it looks like it's in store only.
