They cancelled mine on monday. And supposed to show up today.. delivery window 9am-11pm no other ETA, payed 80$ for shipping/mental torture waiting for it.
But the $800 price is what I think the normal price is.
It went up during covid so this is the new clearance price.
That and the "updated" model has less features and thinner metal for I think $1100.
If you still want one better to get one for pickup ASAP. There are few left near the DC/NoVA area.
This v3 toolbox is the best in the Husky lineup. Some of the similar models don't have double slides on the full width drawer. This box has 3 drawers with dual slides.

If you're in the market for one or if you think you're in the market, this is a no-brainer at this price point. Grab one before they're gone.
There is also a coupon out there for saving 10% if you use your Home Depot card.

Driver called first to ask if I wanted it assembled first or in the box. Being leery of demo models left in the rain and all, I said in the box was good and that's what I got. Boxes look completely fine and delivery guys brought it right into my garage for me.
Now the unboxing and set up is my morning project!
